Transportation
Athletes will receive $100 USD for transportation, this will be given at the Athletes Meeting.

Per Diem
Athletes will receive $150 USD for Per Diem ($50 USD for Thursday, $50 for Friday, and $50 for Saturday), this will be given at the Athletes Meeting.

Tanning
ProTan offers a $45 discount for each package, with pricing at $100 for 2 applications and $125 for 3 applications for wheelchairs. No code is required. Walk-ups at the event will not receive a discount.

Cut Off Date: Friday, October 27, 2023. Must go in person at the event, no discount will be given in person.

Athlete’s Competition Number/Button
Each athlete will receive their number/button at the athletes meeting. The button is worn on the left side of the sweatpants during the competition. Solid black sweatpants only.

Backstage
Each athlete is allowed to have one person with them backstage to help them out.
